In response to the impacts of COVID-19 on the housing industry and on the lives of individuals across the U.S., Congress has allocated nearly $47 billion in rental assistance funds intended to help alleviate the financial burden of residents and rental housing providers.
In order to help renters access these funds, a new search tool was launched by the National Apartment Association to provide information on rental assistance programs around the country. Through this tool, the Rental Assistance Finder, renters and housing providers alike can find their local program and apply for assistance.
