Michael D Holmes received his Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Furman University in 1975. He was with the U.S. Shelter Corportation from 1975 — 1987 where he was Controller of Property Management Accounting, Assistant Vice President in charge of Acquisitions Due Diligence, and Assistant Vice President in charge of Asset Management. He has been President of Easlan Management Company since its inception in 1987. In 2023 Mike was inducted into the SC Apartments Association Hall of Hame. And in 2024 he was inducted into the National Apartment Association Hall of Fame. He is a licensed Broker in North Carolina and Georgia, and is Broker-in-Charge in South Carolina.
Sally Garza is responsible for overseeing all facets of property operations in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Sally has been involved in the multifamily industry for more that 24 years. She began her career with Easlan Management Company in 1990. During her tenure, she served in various on-site capacities including Leasing Consultant and Property Manager. She has been involved in the successful lease-up of more than 11 new apartment communities, and has managed/supervised some of our most challenging “turn-around” properties.
Sally earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Charleston Southern University. She holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association. She has served as a board member for the Upper State Apartment Association. She currently oversees properties in two states and five different markets.
Jennifer is responsible for supervising all aspects of accounting for Easlan Management Company.
Jennifer Owens received her Associate Degree from Greenville Technical College in 1990. She has worked in residential and commercial property management accounting for 22 years.
Natalie Jones is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations for selected properties in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
Natalie has been involved in the multifamily industry for more than 12 years. She began her career with Bell Partners, Inc. as a Leasing Consultant and has since held almost every onsite position. During her career, she also worked for Greystar. Natalie earned her Master of Science degree in Business Management from American Military University, as well as her Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial and Organizational Development. She also holds a South Carolina Property Management License. Natalie joined the Easlan team in September of 2015.
